I have been podcasting since 2020 and never have I ever been clear about what I want to happen with my career and my business, until I started opening my mouth and speaking.

I used to be this shy person, and I would rather just keep mum unless someone asks me.

Interviews were extra harder when I started, because I was I was soooo self conscious.

Because I am a Filipino, and I was so scared of judgment.

But when I became comfortable with the uncomfortable, I started to realize that my people needs me.

My mission started to become clearer, the shyness vanished each time I uploaded an episode.

Now? I have full confidence in myself no matter what.

Do I still get nervous? ? ?

I will lie if I say I don’t.

But because of podcasting, I learned to position myself.

The more I talk about my thoughts, the clearer my thought process becomes.

Have you ever done the brain dump on your journal?

That's what podcasting did for me, as an outlet to my thoughts.

WORDS ARE POWERFUL.

And so when you talk about things you want to do out loud, and you listen to it,

You are affirming to yourself and to your tribe.

From a shy, introverted, people pleaser, Podcasting has tremendously changed my game.
